Hope you’re well! As always, it’s a busy weekend of football ahead of us here in Vila-real.
The first team are in action in the league against Getafe, hoping to keep up Luis García’s unbeaten run since he took over. Kick-off is at 8:45pm CET on Saturday at the Estadio de la Cerámica. If you’re able to watch the game, make sure you do!
Just before that, at 5pm CET, the U23s (Villarreal B) are also playing at home. They are currently top of the league, and face Lleida Esportiu, who are currently second. It’s an absolutely massive game in the race for promotion from Segunda División B. It promises to be a really exciting spectacle, so as an appetiser for the first team later in the day, give the Mini Submarine a watch too!
