Villarreal CF round-up 14.1.19

Here in Vila-real, it was a busy weekend, with the standout result coming for our U23s (Villarreal B). Miguel Álvarez’s side went into the weekend top of the table, in a tough match against second-placed Lleida Esportiu. The Mini Submarine came out on top, extending their lead at the top of the table to four points and winning 3-1. The Ladies first-team also won, beating Fundación Albacete B 1-0, while the men’s first-team harshly lost 1-2 to Getafe after a late goal.
